Terms of service.

By using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site — you're still welcome to contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email instead.

This is an informational and marketing site for SecureGate's security products and services: turnstiles, LPR vehicle barriers, CCTV supply and monitoring, the management software platform, and on-demand/event security. It describes what we offer and lets you request a site survey. It is not a store, and nothing on it is a binding offer to sell at a stated price.

The interactive platform demo, product renderings, and any example data shown on this site (names, plate numbers, addresses, dashboard figures) are illustrative, for demonstration purposes only, and do not depict a real installation, a real client, or real records — unless a page is explicitly labelled as a case study. Actual capabilities, specifications, and performance for your facility are confirmed during a site survey and set out in your deployment contract, not on this site.

Submitting the survey form is a request for contact — not a purchase, an order, or a binding agreement, and there's no fee for it. Submitting it doesn't commit you, or us, to anything. If it leads to a proposal, the resulting scope, pricing, service levels, and warranties are set out in a separate signed agreement issued per installation — this page doesn't create or replace that agreement.

Please use this site as intended: give accurate information in the survey form, and don't try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or malicious content. We may disregard submissions that look automated, abusive, or fraudulent — the form already runs a basic automated check for this.

The SecureGate name, the rotor mark, and the content on this site — text, images, and the interactive platform demo — belong to SecureGate Systems Limited or its licensors. You're welcome to view and share pages for your own evaluation. Copying, republishing, or reusing our text, images, or the platform demo for your own commercial purposes needs our written permission first.

This site links to WhatsApp, phone, and email. Once you leave our site through one of those links, you're in that service's own environment, governed by its own terms and privacy practices — not ours.

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but specifications, availability, and pricing can change without notice, and we don't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Content here is general information, not a substitute for the site survey and written proposal that follow a real enquiry.

To the extent the law allows, SecureGate is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited — for example, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date below. Last updated 5 August 2026.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Nigeria.
